International Workshop On "Emergenetics"

Tap Into The New Science Of Success" organized at PIMSE

Poona Institute of Management Sciences And Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) in association with Emergenetics Asia Pte Ltd. had organized an international workshop on "Emergenetics- Tap Into The New Science Of Success". Mr. Joshua Teo Seng Giap, Executive founder, Emergenetics Asia, Mr. Colin Yeow, CEO, Emergenetics Asia, Dr. Lim, Director, Asian Institute of Intercultural Studies, USA, were the facilitators for the whole day workshop. Dr. Anwar Shaikh, Director, PIMSE, welcomed the guest and participants and expressed his appreciation for the benefits that the workshop had to offer.

Developed by Dr. Geil Browning, Ph.D. and Dr. Wendell Williams, Ph.D. after extensive research involving over 300,000 adults, the Emergenetics workshop provides insightful information on a combination of 4 thinking preferences (Analytical, Structural, Social, and Conceptual) and 3 Behavioral attributes (Expressiveness, Assertiveness, and Flexibility). This workshop helped the participants get a better insight of their personality and provided the understanding of how to communicate with others, persuade, make presentations and motivate others more effectively.

The workshop participants included citizens of New Zealand and Iran. Seventy participants attended the workshop. The event was coordinated by Miss. Tahemina Kazi, Miss. Amreena Sheikh, Miss. Khadija Bohari, Miss. Zeenat Sikilkar and Mr. Mandar Brahme.
