State Level Seminar

"Outsourcing Management: Creating Value through Collaboration"

Poona Institute of Management Sciences & Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) in collaboration with University of Pune had organized a State level Seminar on "Outsourcing Management: Creating Value through Collaboration" at PIMSE. The seminar aimed to provide an opportunity to the students, academicians and practitioners to critically examine issues related to outsourcing management.

Mr. Dilip M. Tikale, Dean Academics, Global Talent Track, inaugurated the seminar and in his address he spoke on the latest trends in Knowledge Process Outsourcing: Growth Opportunities in High- Level Processes. The seminar was organized under the aegis of Dr. Anwar Shaikh, Director, PIMSE.

Also present on the occasion were Mr. Jaideep Kerval Ramani, AVP, Zensar, Technologies, Mr. Manish Tombre, Account Manager, Persistent and Prof. Avinash M. Nene. Prof. R. Ganeson, Director, Allan Institute of Management & Mr. Shyam Kuddyady, CEO, Talent Cultivator also graced the occasion with their presence.

On the first Day of the seminar the students also presented research papers on Outsourcing. The buzz that has been associated with outsourcing drew the interest of 130 students who participated in the seminar. The seminar was successfully coordinated by Prof. Zarina Shaikh and Prof. Sheena Abraham.
