Lecture by Mr. Anand GoswamiMr. Anand Goswami, Ex-Faculty of HR at IIM’s visited PIMSE and provided students the guiding principles which should be practiced during the span of two years of their MBA course. In his talk he spoke about the mantras for success. He emphasized on putting in a lot of hard work to achieve the desired result. He also spoke on the various learning styles which could be adopted by the students. Lecture by Mrs. Manisha GokhaleMrs. Manisha Gokhale Shah, who is a consultant to various business schools in Pune visited PIMSE and addressed the students on the various job opportunities available in the market. She highlighted the harsh industry scenario and also spoke on the career prospects of the students. In her speech she also brought out the importance of having excellent communication skills, which is the utmost requirement. Mrs. Shah, lay emphasis on conducting English Test for the student which will bring to fore their command over the language. Mrs. Shah also advised the students to not to be too fastidious over the first jobs opportunity that comes their way.
