Student Activities
 PIMSE’s Rotaract club had organized a visit to an orphanage on 2nd November 2011. The orphanage is situated at Manjri, Hadapsar & managed by famous social activist Ms sindhu Tai Sapkal. We had given sweets, chocolates and few grocery items to the orphanage members as a token of our love and appreciation. Many of the management students were into tears after seeing the small children. There were 22 children at the orphanage ranging from about one year to 12. They have a primary school on site and the older children go to the local secondary school. There were some very sad stories about how the children came to be in the orphanage and regularly people bring more children but there is no more space. +read more
 Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship’s E- Cell - "INSPIRE" and Marketing Department had organized "Festina 2010" on its campus on 4th October, 2010. The knowledge partner for this event was NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network) Festina is an event to promote entrepreneurship on campus. It is an event, were students get an opportunity to unleash the entrepreneurial spark within them. The stalls at Festina were owned by the students and they (students) left no stone unturned in trying to fetch the coveted title of "The Best Stall". The stall owners adopted different strategies to attract customers. The students planned meticulously every activity right from promotion to stall set up. +read more
