National Level Seminar 2011"Business Process Innovation through Advanced Information Technology’"We are proud to announce that the around 20 years old Department of Computer Management has planned to organize National Level Seminar on ‘Business Process Innovation through Advanced Information Technology’ in the month of March 2011. Business process innovation has evolved into a core focus area for all successful organizations. Two major forms of innovation have emerged to the forefront:
Both forms require change for existing business processes or the development of new ones. The tools being used are data mining, transaction tracking, customer profiling and employee training. The Vision of this seminar is to addresses the core issues in the innovation for business processes. And also it explores and explains the key principles when developing innovative business processes. The mission of this seminar is to address the business world the importance of time, money, energy and the backing of the CEO to take risks and to implement real changes, across people, processes and systems. We request your active contribution to the event through research papers on the theme and related issues and participation in the proceedings. We are sure that this seminar will prove to be a valuable learning opportunity for all the participants. Paper Presentation Topics:
Call for Papers:Original papers or case studies on the above mentioned theme are invited from academic scholars, practicing professionals and industry officials. The contributor can include any other topics falling under the broad gamut of the main theme. The word limit of the paper is upto 3000 words. The paper must be typed in 12 pt fonts in Times New Roman with 1.5 lines space. Abstract should have a limit of two paragraphs (200 words). Besides, there must be a list of key words and few lines about the author with E-mail address and contact telephone number. The paper should reach in or before the month of February on the E-mail: seminar@akipimse.com. The paper will be scrutinized by Institute’s Review Committee. The selected paper will be presented in the seminar. Best Paper Award: The best paper for faculty and student will get cash prize and certificate. Registration Fees:Registration may be paid in cash/DD in favor of "The Director Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship" payable at Pune.
